How long does it take to set up and fill?

To set up the hot tub it takes around 20 minutes, to fill the hot tub all depends on your water pressure and if we use cold water, hot water or a mixture. The water pressure will differ depending on your location and which tap we connect to, for instance we will always try to connect to your kitchen tap as this usually has the best water pressure. Filling can take between 1-3 hours.

What do we need to be able to hire a hot tub?

​

You just need a flat area, a mains socket (inside or outside) within 10 metres of the hot tub & a tap (inside or outside) within 15 metres for us to connect to. You will also need a 2.5x2.5 metre space for the gazebo or 2x2m for the hot tub to sit on.

Does someone need to be home in order for you to set up?

​

Ideally yes but we can set up without anyone at the property as long as we have access to the area you want it setting up and you have an outside mains socket and an outside tap, please be aware that we will fill the tub as much as we can before we leave, the rest will have to be filled when you get home. We will then call you once you are home to run through a full demonstration.

Can we use it the same day?

​

We will always try to get you in the hot tub the same day but this cannot be guaranteed. The main factor is your hot water, if you have a water tank then the chances are it won’t be ready for the same day, if you have a combi boiler then your hot water should last and fill the tub.

Do I need to have a hose?

​

No, we bring all equipment that we need to set the hot tub up, it’s a bonus if you do have a hose though.

​Can we hire for just one night? 

​

We don’t do one-night hires as we cannot guarantee the water will be at temperature for you, we say to hire it the day before you want to use it as they can take up to 24 hours to heat up. Minimum we hire for would be 3 days (Day before to heat up, the day you want to use it and then collected the day after).
